Big Bad Wolf- Colombo is coming to Sri Lanka for the second time in 2018. This time it's coming before the biggest book sale of traditional Sri Lanka, the Colombo International Book Fair which usually happens in the literature month, September.
Last year when the Big Bad Wolf came to Sri Lanka for the first Time, it was in October, just after the Colombo International Book Fair. Even though most Sri Lankan Book Readers had less dispensable income to spend at Big Bad Wolf, after spending a lot at the Colombo International Book Fair at BMICH, they somehow spent a whole lot of money to buy what Big Bad Wolf had to offer. Fiction books were sold out immediately because the Big Bad Wolf management was way off on predicting demand therefore bringing more kids books and less of everything else. But after seeing the incredible demand, they brought in a shipment of fiction as soon as they could.
This time they have brought a whole lot of fiction titles to compensate for last time. The event starts on 28th June 2018 and goes on for 255 hours straight. The preview, which is by invitation only, is on 27th June from 9 am to 11pm. The event will be held at SLECC just like last time. Checkout the official event below.
